Answers to exercises in the book
Agresti exercise 6.5, 6.7(a) and 6.15. You may use RStudio as a calculator.
In this exercise we consider the "Rock fries your brains" data.
First download rock-fries-your-brains.Rmd and knit it. Then you can read a bit about the data and see some graphics. Ignore the question at the end. Instead, we will look at the development of the mice from week 1 to week 4 in the file rock-fries-your-brains-2.Rmd; so download the file and answer the questions in it.
