Exercises

1. Agresti exercise 6.5, 6.7(a) and 6.15. You may use RStudio as a calculator.

2. In the exercises of lecture 1-1 you worked with the data "Rock fries your brains". If you did not finish the exercise then go back and open the corresponding Rmd file and run it to read a bit about the data. Today we will look at the development of the mice from week 1 to week 4 in the file rock-fries-your-brains-2.Rmd; so download the file and answer the questions in it.
